We offer in-person & virtual therapy.

The foundation of joyfulness is a healthy relationship. In couples counseling, you will work with your partner to improve communication and problem-solving skills, reconnect and build trust in your relationship. You will learn how to work together to navigate trust issues and achieve harmony in your relationship. 

Your therapist will guide you through strategies aimed at helping you enhance your relationship satisfaction and gain insight into both your relationship(s) and your partner(s).  Our therapists can help you and your partner(s) work through communication difficulties, sexual concerns, trust and/or infidelity, and emotional or physical intimacy issues.

Individual Psychotherapy

We offer in-person & virtual therapy. 

In psychotherapy sessions, you and your counselor will develop a therapeutic relationship and work together to identify your

strengths and areas for growth and overcoming life's obstacles.

You will have a support system, gain a better understanding of yourself, and learn coping skills. This is an opportunity to explore yourself with the support of evidence-based strategies that best suit your needs. Anxiety and depression are common in our fast-paced world. Individual counseling helps by empowering and supporting individuals to move through life's problems with resilience and compassion. 

Our therapists specialize in working with anxiety disorders, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, addiction, and issues surrounding gender and sexuality.

Our therapists follow an integrative approach, combining creative arts, positive psychology, mindfulness, and insight to help you understand your inner workings and motivations. Art is a tool for expression and being present in the moment.
     The benefits go further than relaxation. Art therapy is used as a treatment for mental health issues, such as anxiety, PTSD, depression, and even phobias. 

Our therapist will guide you through a process of self-discovery, personal growth, healing, and stimulate your creativity by using a wide variety of materials. 

Family Therapy

Navigate your family's strengths and weaknesses and improve your relationship with your children, partner, or other family members. Some or all family members attend therapy, creating stronger bonds and skills to get through stressful times. 

You will learn to solve problems, express thoughts and emotions

productively, explore family roles and identify behavioral patterns that contribute to conflict, and goal-setting. Family Therapy can help bring your family closer in healthy ways. 

Family Time

Address intimacy,  sexual feelings, and concerns about sexual functioning or desire for intimacy with the guidance of a trained professional. Regain trust and confidence in yourself and learn how to identify and communicate your sexual and intimacy needs. 

Skills you will learn in sex therapy may include communication, mindfulness exercises, and information on sexual health and well-being.

Sex On The Floor Podcast was created to educate the public about sexual and intimacy issues and how they are tied to both physical and mental health aspects.

Individuals and partners explore their sexual expression, needs, fantasies, preferences, curiosities, and difficulties as they create a more pleasurable, satisfying, and fulfilling sex life and relationships.

Hypnotherapy uses relaxing techniques to calm the body so that more attention can be focused on the mind. It feels very similar to falling asleep, but clients are aware the whole time! In hypnosis, thoughts, feelings, and memories flow easier. Many people report feeling that they’re being more honest with themselves. This is because hypnosis bypasses something called the “critical barrier”, which is similar to the line between the conscious and the subconscious mind.

This coaching method fosters a healthy relationship with one's Self as an essential foundation to connect with others and the world at large. Cypress Wellness Center coaches promote self-awareness, self-compassion, self-acceptance, self-motivation, and self-efficacy.  

Yoga is a mind-body practice that focuses on your physical, emotional and

mental health. Our highly trained and experienced yoga instructors + therapists will guide you through a personalized journey of self-discovery and transformation.

Cypress Wellness Center offers affordable high-quality mental health counseling through an internship program. All of our student interns are offering 1 free session and then $40-$65 a session moving forward.

Cypress Wellness Center x SmashBox20

The partnership between Cypress Wellness Center, a group of mental health therapists, and SmashBox 20 is a collaboration aimed at providing a unique outlet for managing emotions and promoting mental well-being.

Cypress Wellness Center offers a range of mental health services, including therapy and counseling, while Smash Box 2.0 is a facility where individuals can release their anger, frustrations, stress, and anxiety by smashing various objects in a safe and controlled environment. Together, they have combined their expertise to create a comprehensive approach to emotional well-being.

Clients can receive therapy and counseling with Cypress Wellness Center‘ therapists to address underlying issues, and then have the opportunity to physically release their emotions at SmashBox20. This partnership recognizes the importance of addressing emotions in a holistic manner, allowing individuals to manage their mental health through both therapeutic support and physical expression.
