Activity Options

Clients can receive therapy and counseling with Cypress Wellness Center‘ therapists to address underlying issues, and then have the opportunity to physically release their emotions at SmashBox20. This partnership recognizes the importance of addressing emotions in a holistic manner, allowing individuals to manage their mental health through both therapeutic support and physical expression.

This 30-Minute Guided Smash Intervention session includes a traditional 20-minute smash with an in-session licensed Smash Coach, who will assist the smasher in releasing pent up stress and emotions throughout the smash. The session concludes with a 10-minute talk therapy debrief.

This 40-Minute Group Guided Smash includes a traditional 30-minute smash with an in-session licensed Smash Coach, who will assist smashers in releasing pent up stress and emotions throughout the smash. The session concludes with a 10-minute group talk therapy debrief.

This 60-Minute Guided Smash Intervention session includes a traditional 50-minute smash with an in-session licensed Smash Coach, who will assist the smasher in releasing pent up stress and emotions throughout the smash. The session concludes with a 10-minute talk therapy debrief.

This 80-Minute Group Guided Smash includes a traditional 70-minute smash with an in-session licensed Smash Coach, who will assist smashers in releasing pent up stress and emotions throughout the smash. The session concludes with a 10-minute group talk therapy debrief.

This 2-Hour Group Guided Smash includes a traditional 1.5-hour smash with an in-session licensed Smash Coach, who will assist smashers in releasing pent up stress and emotions throughout the smash. The session concludes with a 30-minute group talk therapy debrief.
