Roxanna Padilla

Mental Health Counselor Student Intern

Hi, as a therapist my first goal is always to create an inclusive, safe environment where everyone feels accepted for who they are and can speak without fear.

I believe that with the right guidance and support individuals can tap into their inner strength and resilience, while working towards healing and personal growth. My approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and collaborative goal-setting. I will also challenge you in an encouraging and non-judgmental way, in order for you to become the best version of yourself. CBT, Solution Focused, and Psychodynamic are examples of approaches I use. However, I do believe in an Eclectic Approach as I understand everyone is different and will tailor my approach to your needs.

I am bilingual and speak Spanish. As a Spanish speaker, I am passionate about breaking down language barriers and ensuring that everyone has access to mental health support. Whether you are dealing with life changes, anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, or any other mental health needs I am here to help you through it. I work with adults, couples, and first responders, specifically law enforcement.

As a student therapist, Roxanna works under the supervision of a licensed professional to ensure the highest quality of care for her clients.
