Mental Health Counselor Student Intern
Rosangela provides therapeutic support to teens, adults, couples, and families. Born and raised in Brazil, she moved to the U.S. in 2004 and immediately began working to build a new life for herself and has since dedicated her career to helping people reach their highest potential. After marrying a former Marine, she was introduced to the veterans' community. She grew a passion for helping veterans.
Her experience includes helping clients who struggle with trauma and PTSD, substance use, depression, anxiety, and cultural issues. Taking a holistic approach, she accounts for her clients' mental, emotional, physical, spiritual well-being. She works with clients to identify the root causes of their distress and develop a plan to achieve their goals. Nothing makes her happier than seeing clients change and grow.
She is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for her clients. She is passionate about helping people find balance in their lives and empowering them with the tools they need to create meaningful and lasting changes.
