Jenna Davis, MA,

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Health & Wellness Coach

My therapeutic style is grounded in a wholistic view of the person and acknowledgement of the undeniable connection between mental and physical health. I work with couples and individuals and strive to create an open, accepting environment that provides the freedom and comfort to explore and design your pathway to greater mental well-being. My training as a health and wellness coach coupled with my experience as a clinical counselor offer the opportunity to assess and address the person as whole when creating a plan for treatment.

I have worked as an Addiction Specialist dealing with substance abuse, sexual addictions, codependent relationships and disordered eating. I also have a great deal of experience working with foster and adoptive children and their families and am well-versed in trauma therapy and family systems. I thrive when working with teens, adults and couples. I work with people to help them learn to thrive rather than simply survive by assessing the person as a whole and without judgment. As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist I am results-driven and focused on bridging the gap between what happens in sessions to creating real, lasting change in every day life.
