  • 1st Responders: Jeff has extensive experience supporting first responders who face unique stressors on and off the job. He provides a safe space to process difficult experiences and build resilience.
     

  • Trauma: Whether from a single event or ongoing stress, Jeff helps clients navigate the impact of trauma with compassion and evidence-based approaches for healing.
     

  • Depression: Jeff works with individuals experiencing depression to uncover underlying challenges, develop coping strategies, and find renewed meaning and motivation in life.
     

  • Anxiety: Jeff supports clients in understanding their anxiety, reducing overwhelming symptoms, and building confidence to manage life’s demands with greater ease.
     

  • Life Challenges: From major transitions to everyday stress, Jeff helps clients explore their concerns, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with clarity and balance.

Modalities:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
    Jeff uses CBT to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, shift perspectives, and build practical strategies for lasting change.

    Through DBT, Jeff helps clients develop skills in emotional regulation, mindfulness, and healthy communication to improve relationships and overall well-being.
