My goal as a therapist is to support you as you re-write/release the stories that have been holding you back and assist you in creating a path to a future that excites YOU.

I specialize in working with individuals who want to reclaim their life from addiction, eating disorders, depression, relationship issues and anxiety. I take a strengths based and action oriented approach to empower my clients to create real change in their life. You are already capable and worthy of an amazing life and I am here to remind you of that.

  • Disordered Eating: Grace understands the complexities of disordered eating and its impact on mental and physical well-being. She helps clients develop a healthy relationship with food, body image, and self-esteem through compassionate guidance and evidence-based interventions.
