I utilize a variety of theoretical perspectives depending on your needs and counseling expectations. We will explore new ways of identifying strengths, values, and meaningful connections that serve as anchors during times of adversity.


I specialize in treating clients with substance use, anxiety, low self-esteem, social isolation, anger management, depression, and general life dissatisfaction.
