Registered Clinical Social Work Intern
National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach
(They/Them)

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are anymore? Maybe ADHD makes daily life exhausting, or grief feels too heavy to carry alone. You don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

I help people untangle the stories that keep them stuck, so they can find clarity, self-acceptance, and confidence moving forward. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and even a little humorous when it helps lighten the load.

I specialize in supporting people navigating ADHD, identity questions, grief, and the lasting impact of trauma — including religious trauma. As a non-binary, queer-affirming therapist, I provide an inclusive, safe space where all parts of you are welcome.

Together, we’ll slow down, breathe, and make space for you to be heard and understood. Change doesn’t have to feel overwhelming — one step at a time, you can build a life that feels more grounded and fulfilling.
