Mental Health Counselor Student Intern

I am currently a mental health counseling student intern and have been an experienced yoga teacher (200 E-RYT) for almost 6 years. Wellness has many dimensions; my life’s intention is to gain the experience and knowledge necessary to be able to support others in their efforts to be well in their bodies, minds, and hearts. I work with children, adolescents and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, and/ or eating disorders. As a teacher, I offer a space for people to explore and strengthen their relationship with their bodies. As a counseling student intern, I offer a space for people to explore and nourish their relationship with their minds. My counseling approach integrates Person-Centered Therapy with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to create a collaborative and supportive environment. I incorporate mindfulness techniques to promote awareness of the relationship between mind, body, and self. I believe we are always in the process of becoming and I am here to support you in your efforts to become the most authentic expression of yourself.

As a student therapist, Bri works under the supervision of a licensed professional to ensure the highest quality of care for her clients.
