As a student therapist, Bri works under the supervision of a licensed professional to ensure the highest quality of care for her clients.

  • Bri sees clients aged 5 and above, providing age-appropriate interventions and support. She tailors her approach to meet the developmental needs of each individual, ensuring a safe and effective therapeutic experience.


  • Anxiety and Depression: Bri has a deep understanding of anxiety and depression, providing compassionate support to individuals struggling with these conditions. She helps clients identify triggers and develop effective coping strategies to manage symptoms and improve overall well-being.


  • Stress: Bri assists clients in navigating high levels of stress and its impact on their mental and emotional health. She employs evidence-based techniques to help individuals build resilience, develop effective stress management skills, and restore balance in their lives.


  • Disordered Eating: With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, Bri supports individuals dealing with disordered eating patterns and body image issues. She helps clients explore the underlying factors contributing to their struggles and works collaboratively to develop healthier relationships with food and their bodies.


  • Couples and Families: Bri specializes in working with couples and families, helping them improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges. She provides a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their dynamics, enhance connection, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.


  • Mindfulness: As a registered yoga teacher, Bri incorporates mindfulness practices into therapy sessions. She guides clients in cultivating present-moment awareness, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being.


  • Person-Centered: Bri adopts a person-centered approach, valuing each client's unique experiences, perspectives, and goals. She creates a warm and non-judgmental space, where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their inner selves.


  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Bri utilizes ACT techniques to help clients develop psychological flexibility and embrace their values. Through ACT, she supports individuals in identifying and working through barriers, creating meaningful change, and living a more authentic and fulfilling life.
