Ashley Barnas, MSW, RCSWI
Ashley works with children, adolescents, and adults. She strives to create a safe and supportive environment that allows for individuals to grow and heal.
Ashley has experience working with individuals struggling with substance use, eating disorders, self-esteem, anger, anxiety, and depression. She understands that individuals and their experiences are unique and each requires a different approach. She utilizes a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), exposure therapy, anger management, communication, mindfulness, and meditation.
Ashley received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern Indiana and is currently working toward her LCSW licensure.
