Ariana Arbes

Mental Health Counselor Student Intern

As a mental health counseling student intern, I bring a grounded, compassionate, and collaborative presence to the therapeutic space, honoring that each person is the expert in their own lived experience. I believe that healing unfolds within an environment of safety, support, and genuine connection, and my goal is to offer a space where you can explore, grow, and heal at a pace that feels authentic to you.

My approach is holistic and deeply person-centered, rooted in humanistic, existential, Jungian, and feminist perspectives. I also weave in ecotherapy, mindfulness/somatic approaches, and expressive arts. I value the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and creative aspects of well-being, and I work from a strengths-based lens that recognizes each person as resilient, capable, and inherently whole.

I am especially passionate about working with women and couples, supporting them through the complexities of identity, relationships, and life transitions. Together, we’ll explore your story with curiosity, empathy, and respect.
