Alli Schwartz
Mental Health Counselor Student Intern
As a mental health counseling student intern, I bring compassion and
collaboration to therapy, with the knowledge that each person is the expert in their
own world. I believe that healing happens within a safe, supportive, and comforting
environment, and my goal is to create that space for you to explore, grow, and heal at
your own pace. My approach is holistic, addressing all aspects of well-being,
including mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and energetic components. I believe in
working from a strengths-based perspective, seeing each person as resilient,
capable, and whole. Working through individuals’ stories and goals, we’ll explore the challenges and successes that arise on your path, with curiosity, empathy, and deep
respect for the journey that is uniquely yours.
As a student therapist, Alli works under the supervision of a licensed professional to ensure the highest quality of care for her clients.

Specializations:
-
Depression & Anxiety
I work with clients to understand the roots of their emotional distress and develop tools to manage overwhelming thoughts and feelings. Together, we explore patterns and build coping strategies that support long-term emotional resilience.
-
Life Transitions
Change—whether expected or not—can bring both opportunity and difficulty. I help clients process transitions such as starting a new job or school, moving, entering adulthood, or navigating relationship shifts, so they can move forward with confidence and clarity.
-
Self-Esteem
Low self-worth can affect every area of life. My approach fosters self-acceptance and a stronger sense of identity, helping clients rewrite critical inner narratives and embrace their strengths.
-
Perfectionism
For those caught in the cycle of “never good enough,” I offer support in breaking free from rigid standards, cultivating self-compassion, and finding value in progress—not just perfection.
