As a mental health therapist, I care deeply about each and every one of my clients. I will support you in achieving your goals by offering empathetic support and by assigning you therapeutic challenges, such as setting a boundary, as needed. My passion is supporting clients who struggle with anxiety, stress, trauma, childhood emotional neglect, and attachment wounds. In sessions, I use cognitive behavioral therapy, one of the most effective treatment modalities, so that you can feel better faster.
