Trinity McManus

Clinical Psychology Doctoral Student

My goal as a student intern is to create a space where you feel safe, comfortable, and heard. My approach to therapy involves building a meaningful therapeutic relationship, while empowering and guiding you along your healing journey. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or neurocognitive changes, I strive to help you identify your strengths, build resilience, and create opportunities for meaningful change.

In our work together, I wish to provide a space where you feel supported and accepted. It is my belief that the most meaningful, lasting change is sustained through collaboration and connection. My hope is to help you gain new insights that will allow you to move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic.

As a student therapist, Trinity works under the supervision of a licensed professional to ensure the highest quality of care for her clients.
