Natosha Knight McIntosh, M.S.

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Natosha works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, substance use, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She is a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Her client-centered, trauma-informed approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy, tailoring treatment to each client's unique strengths and goals. Her military service as a U.S. Army combat veteran provides a unique perspective when working with veterans and individuals recovering from trauma and significant life transitions. She believes healing happens through authentic connection, collaboration, and helping clients develop the tools needed to create meaningful, lasting change.

  • Self-Esteem & Codependency: Helps clients build self-worth, establish healthy boundaries, and recognize relationship patterns that may contribute to codependency, fostering greater confidence and healthier connections.
     

  • Military & Veteran Mental Health: Supports active-duty service members, veterans, and their families in navigating military-related stress, transitions, trauma, and the unique challenges that can accompany military life.
     

  • Homelessness & Housing Instability: Works with individuals experiencing housing instability by providing compassionate mental health support, helping clients navigate life's challenges, access resources, and build stability and resilience.
