Grace Mcnulty, MSW, BSW
Registered Clinical Social Work Intern
Hi, I’m Grace. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out.
I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like themselves lately. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, past trauma, relationship stress, or major life changes, my goal is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and build tools that actually work in your day-to-day life.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods along. I’ll help you challenge patterns, develop insight, and move toward meaningful change, while still making sure you feel supported every step of the way.
