Debbie Iles, MS

Registered Clinical Social Work Intern

Hello and Welcome…

I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern providing therapy to children ages 9 and older, adolescents, adults, and couples. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop practical tools for growth and healing.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and person-centered. I strive to meet clients where they are, while fostering an environment built on trust, compassion, and respect. A central focus of my work is helping clients strengthen self-esteem and self-worth so they can feel more confident, resilient, and empowered in their daily lives and relationships.

I view therapy as a journey, in which you are the expert in piloting your own life. My role is to be a supportive copilot – helping you navigate challenges, build on your strengths, develop new skills, and move toward meaningful and lasting change. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, personal obstacles, or periods of change and uncertainty, therapy can provide support, perspective, and practical tools to help you move forward.
