Charlotte Reynders, MA

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

I believe that therapy should be a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental environment where we can explore your experiences together, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges with confidence.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, autism spectrum-related needs, identity development, body image concerns, relationship and adjustment challenges, and issues impacting the LGBTQ+ community. I understand that every person's story is unique, and I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs, goals, and values.

My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness-based interventions, Play Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Whether you're working through a difficult life transition, healing from past experiences, or looking to better understand yourself, I am committed to helping you build resilience, foster personal growth, and create lasting, positive change.
