Brianna Figgins, MS
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
I’m an empathetic and dedicated therapist who believes counseling should be a collaborative experience tailored to each person’s unique needs. I’m passionate about supporting clients through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, stress management, relationship concerns, career and academic challenges, sleep difficulties, and women’s mental health concerns, including PMDD, body image, self-esteem, and intimacy. I also provide LGBTQ+ affirming care.
I use an integrative approach, drawing from different types of therapy to best fit each client’s goals and preferences. I strive to offer a warm, genuine, and judgment-free space where you can feel understood, work through challenges, and move toward meaningful change.
