Sarah Schadewald, LCSW, PMH-C

     Sarah began her career in Community Mental Health and developed an understanding of how much recovery is a community effort. She specializes in working with adolescents, couples, and adults, ages 15 to 45, facing issues
surrounding Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Stress, Self-Esteem, Communication, and Relationships.

     She likes to use a variety of approaches with her clients including Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is also certified as a Perinatal Mental Health provider through Postpartum Support International. Her primary goal with every client is to work with them with where they are at when they come in for counseling and to cultivate a relationship with her clients to empower them during sessions.

     Sarah Schadewald, LCSW, PMH-C has been providing counseling services to a diverse population since 2010. Sarah received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Michigan Tech University and went on to earn her Master's Degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University.
